Maintenance OperationDisassembly: Dismantle sub assemblies, sleeves, set screws, spring plates, mandrel and all sealing parts in order, then complete pulse cleaning.Assembly: Install O-rings with sealing grease, fit core components, fasten tool parts and finish sealing inspection.
Storage & TransportationStore in cool, dry, ventilated and non-sealed conditions (14℉–90℉, humidity 50%). Avoid extrusion and impact. Apply anti-rust oil for long-term storage. Follow first-in first-out rule and forbid any fire operation on the tool.
