Traditional hydraulic jet perforation onlyrelies on fixed nozzle layout to determine perforation position and size, withno control over jet azimuth and angle.

When encountering roof/floor water layersor special stratigraphic requirements, fixed-angle targeted perforation cannotbe realized, resulting in poor reservoir reconstruction and potential waterchanneling risks.

Core Technical Mechanism

Our innovation combines mature downholeazimuth orientation logic and hydraulic jet control system, realizingautomatic, repeatable high-precision positioning for each horizontal wellinterval.

Hydraulic gravity self-positioning designenables the tool to reset to pre-set azimuth accurately under any downholeposture, supporting 90°, 180°, 270° multi-angle directional jetting.

  • Pressurize: Accurate positioning & automatic locking to     avoid azimuth drift caused by string buckling, inclination and pipe     rotation
  • Depressurize: Tool returns to 360° free rotation state for     repeated segmental construction
