Introducing our 68mm outer diameter recyclable packer, specially designed and optimized for 3-1/2 inch tubing coiled tubing well intervention and zonal isolation operations.
This packer features 1.5in heavy-duty tubing connections at both ends, enabling direct integration with coiled tubing strings for one-trip running and smooth wellbore deployment. Built for reliable downhole performance, the tool is equipped with dual equal-hardness rubber packing elements, providing stable zonal isolation under working conditions of up to 5000 PSI pressure rating and 120°C bottom-hole temperature.
The tool adopts a friction-driven setting and anchoring mechanism. After running in hole, four high-friction bottom slips create interference fit with the tubing inner wall, providing continuous radial support during CT reciprocating movement. The upper four slips are activated by string friction force to expand radially and firmly anchor the packer against the tubing wall, effectively eliminating up-and-down string shifting and ensuring reliable downhole positioning.
With downward axial load applied on the coiled tubing string, the dual rubber elements expand uniformly to form a tight, double-layer annulus seal. The dual-element structure greatly improves sealing stability and reliability during layered production and stimulation operations.For maximum operational safety, the packer is fitted with a brass shear pin emergency release system. In case of unexpected downhole conditions and failure of normal releasing, overpull tension can shear the brass pins, instantly releasing the packer’s expansion constraint. The rubber elements retract automatically, allowing full string recovery and preventing stuck pipe risks.
