Our latest achievement is the 68mm Tubing Packer—a mechanically set, single-slip service packer designed for use inside 3.5-inch tubing. With a unique tool structure and compact design, this packer is deployed and set using coiled tubing operations. The packer can be reliably set in place by simply slacking off or picking up the tubing string. Once set, it provides a robust high-pressure seal rated up to 7000 psi, enabling effective anchoring of sealant within the tubing. This tool offers an efficient means of performing remedial and stimulation operations—such as treating, testing, acidizing, or zone isolation—without pulling the production tubing. And when emergencies arise, safety is built in. The packer features an emergency release function. In case of unintentional lock-in, it can be safely unsealed by over-pulling or applying overpressure to shear the release pins—ensuring safe recovery and minimizing operational risk.
Directional hydraulic sandblasting perforation provides a precise, controllable, and formation-friendly method to initiate reservoir contact in horizontal wells. By enabling azimuthal targeting and reducing mechanical or explosive damage, this technology significantly improves stimulation efficiency, well integrity, and production performance in complex reservoir environments.
The Hydraulic Impulse Hammer is a fluid-driven high-frequency impact tool designed for coiled tubing operations. It is primarily used for tasks such as scale removal, sleeve shifting, and percussion milling.
