The ball injector is a high-efficiency ball launching device designed for wellhead applications. It can accommodate multiple balls based on the required number of ball drops. The injector is equipped with a remotely actuated electric actuator that controls the ball injection process.
Additionally, the actuator includes a backup manual operation mechanism to ensure safer and more reliable operation.
During ball injection via the actuator, each ball passes through a housing baffle. A counter installed at the baffle position records each ball drop, and the count is displayed on the control panel via a sensor.
